One-on-one sessions are a great way to take the intimidation out of stepping into a gym and lifting weights. No matter your fitness level or experience, my goal is to help you learn how to move well, get stronger, fitter and become more confident. Your sessions will be individualised to suit your unique needs and goals.

Online Training

The ideal option if you’ve built consistency in your exercise routine and are looking for specificity in your training or a new challenge. Programs are personalised to suit your goals and can be followed at home, at your own gym, or wherever you can fit in your workouts.
